WWE Royal Rumble 2017: 10 Superstars We Actually Want To See Win

9. Seth Rollins

Speaking of which, it would be just as bonkers to see Rollins win the Royal Rumble. Another victim of in-ring injury, Seth was forced to sit out the first half of 2016 after tearing his ACL and MCL at a house show, and had to relinquish the title the next day. There are certain parallels here to be drawn with Bálor, but Rollins is yet to find justice after Triple H screwed him out of a championship win by aligning with Kevin Owens.

And while many signs are pointing toward a Seth Rollins vs. Triple H grudge match at WrestleMania this year, how awesome would it be to see Rollins go one-on-one with Owens for the WWE Universal title on the grandest stage of them all? Two guys from the indies, the Ring Of Honor heroes, squaring off for the top spot. Of course, if Rollins is in the Rumble he’ll probably get eliminated thanks to Trips and lead on to that dream match, but either way is a win.
