Lifting a curse that has hung over the Royal Rumble for several years, WWE presented an enjoyable rebirth of the 'fastest sixty minutes in Sports Entertainment'.

Littered with big names, big men, and big surprises, the Royal Rumble match provided some shocking eliminations, with several potential blockbusters on the cards for WrestleMania in the aftermath.

With so much to review from the mammoth battle royal, here's how every single elimination occurred.

27. Jack Gallagher

Though he may have been the first eliminated from the 2017 Royal Rumble, Jack Gallagher took his fall with the gentlemanly panache expected from the old-school cruiserweight.

Having caused havoc with his sidekick umbrella 'William III', Gallagher made one last flight with it in tow, yielding it high in the air a la Mary Poppins as Mark Henry launched him out to the arena floor.
