WWE Royal Rumble 2018: 10 Suprise Entrants We Could See

8. Neville

It's still a mystery what is happening with Neville at the moment. Both he and WWE have been mute on the issue of his disappearance, but the rumour is that the company are refusing to release him from his contract.

If that is the case, the most sensible thing for all parties is to let him wrestle again. He's a phenomenal performer, and his run as the King of the Cruiserweights was the best of his main roster career. The purple division is in a shambles once again with the sudden dismissal of Enzo Amore, but Neville would perhaps be better suited (and more pleased) with a run at one of the company's secondary titles.

While there's virtually no chance of him winning the Royal Rumble, a return would be guaranteed to generate a huge pop, and could easily lead into a rivalry with The Miz, or Bobby Roode if he decides to jump to SmackDown. Let's hope that he has already reached an agreement with WWE, or if not, that one can be hashed out immediately.
