WWE Royal Rumble 2018: Rating Each Entrant’s Chances Of Winning

9. Rusev

I love Rusev, you love Rusev, we all love Rusev... apart from the man whose opinion matters the most, that is.

As popular as he has become, it's clear that Vince McMahon sees 'The Bulgarian Brute' as a midcard act. His company's stubborn refusal to push Ru-Ru during his current spike in adulation is as infuriating as it is predictable, as Rusev would make a tremendous surprise winner, and deserves a run in the iron man or monster spot at the very least. 28 January probably won't be a happy Rusev Day, though, and there's an outside chance WWE could even use him in the Warlord/Santino Marella spot.

Chances: Slim.
