5. Victoria

Last year’s women’s Royal Rumble and the Evolution pay-per-view saw WWE reached out to almost every notable return they could deliver, with the likes of Trish, Lita, Alundra Blayze, and hosts of others flooding back through the doors.

There are a few big names left. Melina, for one, is someone many could see coming back for the Royal Rumble. She’d get a great pop, but perhaps even more significant would be Victoria, who was generally regarded as one of the division’s better wrestlers during her time with WWE.

Victoria hasn’t wrestled for WWE since WrestleMania 25. She came out last week and announced on social media that 2019 will be her last as an active in-ring competitor, so WWE must act quickly if they do want to bring her back in a wrestling capacity, even if it is a one-off.

Though Victoria is a former two-time Women's Champion, much of her best work took place after she'd left the company, highlighted by five reigns as TNA Knockouts Champion. Regardless, Victoria still makes perfect sense as a Royal Rumble 2019 returnee, so let’s hope Vince and co. pick up the phone.
