5. WWE Universal Title: Brock Lesnar (C) Vs. Finn Bálor

Result: Brock makes Balor tap to the Kimura Lock to retain (8:40).

Rating: Nobody's going to argue that this was a technical classic, but it was exactly what it needed to be and made great use of both men.

Far from the stock Brock squash many were expecting, Bálor was booked to put up a strong fight and looked fantastic, with Lesnar putting him over big time.

It seemed like the match was going to play-up the diverticulitis angle more, but it ultimately ended up feeling a bit throwaway and half-baked.

Still, Brock fought like he actually cared, and between Becky and Bálor both tapping to submissions on this show, it's nice that WWE is finally starting to appreciate that having a top-line face submit isn't some epic disgrace. 7/10
