This one's a wild stab, as there has been little indication that WWE will ever consider clearing Paige to return to the ring given the depth of her injuries. We can't rule out it out entirely, though.

Remember the suddenness of Daniel Bryan's return?

What if WWE had heard similar good news on Paige's neck?

What if they'd decided to keep quiet and maintain the surprise?

What if this was the reason she'd been unceremoniously removed from SmackDown all along?

Her appearance would be a minor miracle, but we're still awaiting the former General Manager's next move, and the Rumble would make an incredible surprise.
