4. Or The Miz Cashes In

That's not the only WWE Title sh*te-mare they could have in-waiting.

Few actually give a toss about that Money In The Bank briefcase - it was treated like a joke last summer, then passed from Otis to The Miz following seriously counterproductive comedy skits aplenty that did nothing to make the contract credible. Now, Miz is carrying it around without much threat.

The loudmouth heel's character requires a lot of work, care and attention before he's World Title ready again. Acting like an irritating teenager alongside good pal John Morrison and then losing in handicap bouts to Sheamus is hardly ideal prep for a cash in, put it that way. That doesn't mean WWE won't try it at the Rumble.

It'd suck big time if Miz cashed in on either Drew McIntyre or Goldberg come Sunday. MITB is one company trope that sorely needs some time on the shelf so that fans miss it again. It's little more than a burden to booking in 2021, and that's why WWE must completely ignore Miz at the Rumble.
