Speaking of Charlotte.

There's some money in a Flair vs. Lita match at some point. WWE are intrigued by the thought too, otherwise they wouldn't have booked the legend to return and crack Charlotte with a Twist Of Fate on SmackDown during the Rumble's build. This is a mini-feud creative can develop in the 30-woman match.

Flair is already SmackDown Women's Champ, so she really doesn't need to win the Rumble. That's why Lita, who was oddly positioned as someone who "never had the chance" to work one of these matches (she was in the 2018 version...), is the ideal candidate to eliminate her and then challenge for the title pre-'Mania.

WWE have one of those Saudi stadium shows coming up in February too. That's handy, because Lita vs. Charlotte fits neatly onto a card like that and would keep Flair free for someone else come WrestleMania time. Who is that "someone else" though?
