When discussing Moose entering the Royal Rumble, one issue with him would be that he is not widely known by the casual WWE fan base. That would not be a problem for the former Colin Cassidy.

After leaving WWE and focusing on his personal life, W. Morrissey has had a very solid run in Impact Wrestling. Before leaving WWE, it was rumored that WWE had big plans for Big Cass following a split from Enzo Amore. Cass was even given the role of Daniel Bryan’s first singles feud following the leader of the Yes! Movement’s return to the ring at WrestleMania 34. Those plans sadly did not come to fruition as Cass was released after disobeying Vince McMahon’s orders and issues with former girlfriend Carmella.

Back in October, Morrissey was reportedly a free agent and re-signed with Impact Wrestling, seemingly closing the door to a full-time return to WWE. However, if all bridges are repaired, it would be a welcome sight to see Big Cass in the Royal Rumble, and you can’t teach that.
