Jey Uso is going to enter the ring and over-act the idea that he's surprised about how well Sami is doing. He's then going to tell him to calm down.

Sami isn't there to overshadow anybody. He's not the focal point of the Bloodline. Roman is. Sami will eventually throw out both Usos, dusting off a classic trope, when he feels he has been patronised long enough. The Rumble is the time for Sami to be a proper babyface, and not just a slimy, insidious heel that the fans know is highly entertaining.
