Austin Theory works much better as a later entrant because he's meant to summon dread. You're meant to think that, bugger, at #21, this over-pushed developmental cliché might have a shot of winning the f*cking thing.

He doesn't, of course; if he stood a chance of winning, he wouldn't have failed to cash in the United States title. AJ Styles has won it three times. To save your life, name the shows on which he captured it and at whose expense.

In 30 seconds.

Sorry: you're frickin' dead, because the US title means so little that you can't remember.

So Theory isn't winning the Rumble, but since he's on TV an unreasonable amount of time, it'll mean something when he gets eliminated.
