At 25-years-old, Rich Swann is about to become one of the youngest members of the Raw roster. At 168 lbs, he will also be one of the lightest. With his in-ring work, he should become one of the most exciting.

Just a couple years ago, Swann likely wouldn't have had a chance to make it on Raw, but with the way things have progressed in the company, he's about to be introduced to a whole new audience.

His road to the company has been a fairly long one, as he first received a tryout two years ago in Sept. of 2014. He made his NXT debut in October of last year, but has only showed up on TV a few times, where we saw him job to Baron Corbin and Finn Balor. It's a good thing that the Cruiserweight Classic came around when it did, as he was treading water in developmental.

Keep your eye on Swan, as he may go a long way in WWE with his fascinating life story, his fun personality, his catchy theme song and his crazy athletic ability.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
