WWE: Scott Hall's 10 Greatest Career Moments

10. The Kliq Explodes In Tag Team Action

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1227i4_action-zone-94-shawn-michaels-diesel-vs-1-2-3-kid-razor-ramon-10-30_sport The year 1994 saw Razor Ramon do battle with both Shawn Michaels and Diesel on countless occasions, mostly in matches where Ramon's Intercontinental Championship was at stake. When Michaels and Diesel captured the tag team titles, it was only right that Ramon return the favor and challenge for their newly won gold. With the 123 Kid as his partner, the two teams clashed on the October 30 episode of WWE's Action Zone program. Michaels and Diesel proved to the world why they were tag champions, working like a well-oiled machine early as they isolated Ramon and worked him over in their corner of the ring. The momentum they built for themselves was negated, however, when Michaels accidentally caught Diesel with Sweet Chin Music and Ramon tagged in the red hot Kid. Michaels bumped around the squared circle for the smaller underdog, popping the crowd in the process as they witnessed what they were sure would be a title change. Quick tags from Kid and a recovered Ramon put Michaels in great jeopardy of dropping he and Diesel's titles while the seven-foot star laid motionless on the ring apron. A sleeper by Michaels slowed the offensive onslaught of the champions and gave himself a moment of reprieve from the beating he had been receiving just moments earlier. Ramon escaped and made the tag to his partner, who climbed the ropes and came off with a leg drop that, again, nearly put away the Heartbreak Kid. It would be the final opportunity for the challengers to take the titles, however, as Diesel recovered long enough to flatten Kid with a big boot and Michaels covered for the pinfall victory. An outstanding match featuring four very close friends that proved how great they were at the time and exposed fans to the magic they were capable of when working together.
