It's a special treat to see The Undertaker appear on WWE programming in 2016. Making his first appearance since WrestleMania 32 (and his first on SmackDown in years), 'The Deadman' was there to rally the troops for Survivor Series. During his promo, 'Taker had some very interesting things to say.

First and foremost, the legend wanted to make it clear that WrestleMania doesn't define him any longer. From there, Undertaker moved on to talking about Team SmackDown's chances at Survivor Series this weekend. Going back to watch his promo from SmackDown though, it's important to analyse exactly what he meant.

The Undertaker chose his words very carefully. Either he was saying that 'Mania isn't the only time he will show up going forward, which seems to be the case, or he was dropping a heavy hint that he won't be around come WrestleMania 33.

Right now, that seems unthinkable. 'Mania without 'Taker is not something WWE are used to in the modern era. Could that be what the promotion's most iconic figure meant?
