Ahead of SmackDown Live’s impending move to Fox, it looks as if the blue brand is getting a new theme song.

With Smackers soon to air each and every Friday night once the Fox move takes place, it appears as if the brand will be using AC/DC’s Are You Ready song as the new official theme song for its opening.

That song has been used in a new promo designed to push Brock Lesnar challenging for Kofi Kingston’s WWE Championship on the very first episode of SmackDown on Fox.

Coincidentally, Vince McMahon is said to be a huge fan of the legendary AC/DC. But then this is also the same guy who’s supposedly a fan of pushing people into swimming pools for shits ‘n’ giggles, so make of that what you will.

Paul Heyman and his Beast made their presence known on last night’s SmackDown offering as Heyman threw down the gauntlet for Kofi to defend his title against Lesnar. Being the fighting champion that he is, the Dreadlocked Dynamo agreed to face Brock on that October 4th episode of SmackDown.

Kofi defeated Daniel Bryan to become WWE Champion at WrestleMania 35 earlier this year – and many are expecting his championship reign to come to a crashing halt once he steps into the ring with Lesnar on that Fox premiere.
