WWE SummerSlam 2014: 8 Matches That Must Take Place

5. Bray Wyatt Vs. Batista

Batista's Guardian of the Galaxy movie comes out on August 1, so most of his promotion of the film will take place before that. He's expected to be back by SummerSlam. If he comes back as a star of a hit movie perhaps the fans will be more open to cheering him. As a heel he looks comfortable, but there's a chance he could work well as a face again too. Admittedly, finding a place for Wyatt was one of the hardest things in this booking projection. Now that it appears the feud with Cena is over it's hard to know who he is going to be matched up with. They might keep him busy in the Money in the Bank match in June, but after that it's tough to figure out where he might go. This scenario would also work if Wyatt was going to be pushed as a babyface. It's no secret that fans are cheering him even though he's booked like a dastardly heel, so they could book him against Batista as a way to test if he's going to work as a babyface. It's hard to know where both men will be by the time we get to SummerSlam, so a matchup between them might work the best. Put them out there and let the fans figure out who they want to cheer.
