WWE SummerSlam 2014: 8 Matches That Must Take Place

1. WWE World Heavyweight Championship - Daniel Bryan Vs. Brock Lesnar

Lesnar Bryan It's the match that should happen. Bryan vs. Lesnar has been rumored ever since Bryan became a top guy and Heyman was doing promos on Lesnar's behalf about how he wanted to become the WWE Champion again. That was likely done at a time when Batista was going to get the babyface push and Lesnar would feud with him at SummerSlam, but that didn't work out. If this match takes place I think Lesnar would get the win. It may piss off Bryan's fans, but Lesnar needs to be booked strong and get wins. If Lesnar wrestles at Night of Champions in September as rumored he can drop the title there although that might have to be a multi-person match because seeing him get pinned or submit in singles is hard to imagine at this point. There have been rumors that Cesaro might turn face by cashing in the Money in the Bank briefcase on Lesnar after he wins a match like this, but I don't think that's necessary. It's also a repeat of last year's SummerSlam finish except it would be a face turn instead of heel. What WWE needs to do is book the best match possible in the main event of SummerSlam and that's the Lesnar/Bryan match that has never been done before.
