WWE SummerSlam 2017: Every Match Ranked From Worst To Best

11. WWE Title: Jinder Mahal (c) Vs. Shinsuke Nakamura

Jinder Mahal Shinsuke Nakamura
WWE

Result: With a little help from the Singh Bros., Jinder is able to nail a (botched) Khallas to retain the strap (11:25).

Rating: For long stretches this was actually a relatively OK, watchable match, but was then irredeemably derailed by a head-smackingly terrible ending, with the predictable chump distraction that was compounded by Jinder's atrocious-looking Khallas.

Nakamura didn't look like the world-class talent fans know he is nor did Jinder look like the champ beloved by a nation that WWE wants everyone to think he is. Nak losing in such lame fashion after just going over Cena clean was an asinine booking call, and ensured this was basically a dud. 4/10
