WWE SummerSlam 2018: Every Match Ranked From Worst To Best

1. The Miz Vs. Daniel Bryan

Result: The Miz knocks Bryan out with a pair of brass knuckles to score the win (23:30).

Rating: Finally, a Bryan match people actually wanted to see with a smart and interesting build behind it. Both men firmly went the distance, delivering a great match from beginning to end. The Miz gave one of the best performances of his career, with that Skull Crushing Finale near-fall whipping the crowd into a frenzy.

These two have terrific chemistry and it'd be great to see them battle again. My only "complaint" is that I wish WWE had the courage to give Miz a clean-ish win here.

It's an unpopular opinion, perhaps, but I feel that Miz is talented enough, it could happen without making Bryan look bad, and Bryan would of course annihilate him in the inevitable rematch.

Still, the easy Match of the Night for sure. 8/10
