WWE SummerSlam 2019: 10 Last-Minute Rumours You Need To Know
7. Ronda Rousey Returns
Yes, hello, Adam Clery here, major internet mouthpiece in the "WWE massively need to move their Women's Division on from Ronda Rousey this year" category. Yes, she was fantastic in her run, but after WrestleMania job number 1 was using the rub she'd given that element of WWE's programming to elevate her colleagues in her wake. Obviously, obviously, I didn't know think they'd put that spotlight on Lacey Evans.
So, mere months after the first ever women's main event, WWE are sorely in need of getting her back. We've heard at length that she's going to be away for a while, and if I ever read the term "Impregnation Vacation" again I'll actually be sick out of my eyes, but there's still the chance she could crop up at SummerSlam.
A few facts to consider. 1) She isn't as yet actually pregnant and 2) she's contracted to the company until 2021. Triple H has recently stated in a conference call that they're hopeful of having her back soon, and Natalya has been dropping numerous hints about her "unfinished business" in interviews.
