WWE SummerSlam 2019: 10 Matches That Must Happen
9. Bayley vs. Sasha Banks
Prediction: if Sasha Banks isn't back on screen by the time SummerSlam's build starts, then we might never see the 'Legit Boss' on WWE telly again. Something has to give here amidst reports of positive meetings with Vince McMahon and rumours of strops at WrestleMania 35. There's a story to tell, damn it.
Bayley's post-Banks recovery has been nice to see. She's over as a singles for the first time in a few years, and nobody should want to see her SmackDown Women's Title run end before ghosts of recent past haunt her reign. Yep, we're suggesting that Sasha bound back into view as a conniving bitch heel and claim she made Bayley's success possible.
This is an easy match for creative, and one they surely couldn't made a complete arse of. It worked in NXT, and the huggable face vs. entitled brat heel feud would work on the main roster. This is also one of the few women's feuds that WWE haven't done, not properly anyway.
The less said about those counselling sessions in 2018, the better.
