3. Matt Riddle Screws Goldberg

Yeah so, this one might be the weakest rumour we’ve ever done but, yeah, it’s a Saudi show so nothing is off the table. Shock title changes, surprise returns, state-sponsored murder of members of the press not being a valid reason to cancel a show, it’s all possible.

So yeah, Matt Riddle was on a podcast and cot asked how long a fight would last between himself and Goldberg. His answer was...

“Maybe two minutes max. He does use steroids and he does work out a lot, I take that into account, he’s probably really strong. But then I take age into consideration, I take wear and tear into consideration. I take his football career and concussions into consideration, I think it’s about two minutes before I choke him out.”

Goldberg’s response was to block him on twitter and there is talk of “legitimate heat” or as it’s known in wrestling, a good excuse to cobble together a needless feud. Thus. And yeah can’t believe I’m reporting this, they reckon Matt Riddle might wrestle Goldberg at some point, or get involved in his match here.

There’s already talk that he’ll be there for the battle royal but this is yeah, but of a leap from there.
