To be fair, the only way was up for Summer Rae who after the disastrous love tangle with Dolph, Rusev and Lana followed by the short-lived partnership with Tyler Breeze had hit rock bottom in terms of relevance. It's actually a shame as Summer is quite competent on the mic, and judging by her performances in NXT, she isn't too bad in the ring. Once again, WWE Creative have catastrophically ruined a potentially-great performer. But are they finally trying to rectify their past mistakes? Monday's Raw could have been a step in the right direction for Summer Rae. This past Monday saw Summer shockingly defeat Paige in a massive upset. Summer hadn't competed in a televised match for some time and now she was pinning one of the most popular Divas? This victory created more questions than answers: Is Paige being punished? Is Summer finally getting a push? Or does WWE Creative have no idea what is going on? The answer is most likely the latter, but let's all rejoice that we got to witness yet another Divas match end in the Diva rollup of doom!
