WWE Survivor Series 2020: 10 Most Likely Outcomes
4. The Undertaker Will Retire
The unique-selling-point of this year's Survivor Series was always going to be the celebration surrounding the 30th anniversary of The Undertaker's debut. After all, if WWE marked his 25th anniversary at the event five years ago, it was obvious they were going to plan something special for his 30th. What makes it even more intriguing is the decision to bill it as his 'Final Farewell'.
'Taker alluded to his own retirement in The Last Ride docuseries earlier this year and the-powers-that-be then honoured him with a special tribute episode of SmackDown, but fans weren't sure they were willing to close the book on 'The Phenom's career just yet as the 'Man From The Dark Side' is known for defying the odds for one more comeback.
However, Survivor Series does feel like the right setting for the legendary superstar to officially bow out. Moreover, it feels like it's destined to happen. With the date matching the date of his debut and the fact that it would make this year's incredible Boneyard Match with AJ Styles his final bout, Undertaker bidding farewell at the event seems inevitable. And after three decades of endless entertainment, that official retirement would be very well-earned.
