Oh no.

Your writer had something to admit, and may will laugh at it. He thought Retribution had legs when some mysterious thugs started showing up to rebel against the WWE system. Then, quickly, the gimmick degenerated into the mess it is today. Somehow, it's even harder to take seriously despite being fronted by one of the most underrated talkers around.

Mustafa Ali cut some great promos when he was on SmackDown, and he's clearly enjoying the chance to do more speaking on Raw. However, his group blows big time. Would anyone really be surprised if WWE continued beating their heads against a brick wall by adding Retribution in as a third squad come Survivor Series?

They probably wouldn't win either. Nah, they'd just continue ambling along doing nothing special as the announcers pretend to sh*t bricks whenever they show up and promise that Ali's pals want to "change WWE forever", or some other such nonsense.
