Plus, I mean, look at how he’s been booked. They had lightning in a bottle a few months ago with his return, and now he’s fallen back into the pack with Joe, Rusev and all the other dudes they simply can’t be bothered with.

This isn’t too dissimilar a situation to that which Cody Rhodes found himself in. Big swell of fan support, but feeling totally misused, he left for the Indies. With more control over his schedule, his booking, his marketing and everything else, he’s now one of the most important figures in the industry.

Now compare Cody’s ability and popularity with Bryan's. Imagine what he could do with that opportunity. He’d be the biggest name in the world.
