WWE TLC 2018: 10 Things WWE Got Right

8. Kurt Angle’s Revenge Cameo

Despite the attached pic making it look like Baron Corbin jammed his hand in a door and Kurt Angle is rushing to his aid, the Olympian was instead there to stick the boot into his would-be successor as GM. That was a nice touch for the live crowd, and it made perfect storyline sense for Kurt to lead the way.

We just hope there isn't some Angle vs. Corbin match forthcoming on Raw.

That's unnecessary. Oh so unnecessary. After TLC's hijinks, everyone concerned should move on, and Vince McMahon should can Corbin as temp figurehead of his flagship show. Then, Angle can either step back into the breach, or WWE can go in a totally new direction.

Sporadic showings like the one he enjoyed at TLC are the best way to use Kurt right now though. His music has a surprise element to it that'll always get a pop, and he's better off being part-time for his health. It was great to see him back, even if he was only there as gaga.
