How sad is it that McMahons last chosen one (Ryback) couldnt defeat his current chosen one in a handicap match? It makes me wonder if Reigns will suffer the same fate. Maybe a year from now Reigns and Ryback will be jobbing to Prince Devitt (who will be known as something like Devitt Princeton). Ryback used to take three men by himself, now Zack Ryder probably gives him a good scare. What if instead of damaging two careers, WWE just went with one? Its been done before. That Curtis Axel guy has already fallen pretty far, so maybe Reigns could have just beat him in four to five seconds. This would have saved us time, and got the point across more effectively. But what made the match so confusing is that WWE half-assed their protection of RyBaxel. The duo lost by disqualification, but then were soundly beaten by Reigns anyway. So what was the point of the DQ in the first place? Either go all in or dont do it at all. By having one guy take out one of the last few tag teams remaining in the entire company, it just further buried a division that didnt need any further burying.
As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at."
Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week.
