WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (July 13)

4. They Say Us, I Say No More Jokes

WWE.comWWE.comOver the past year, The Usos have become a pretty impressive tag team in WWE. For awhile, it looked like they were more likely to be let go than ever receive a decent push. Now they€™re at the top of their division, which means they get more TV time and plenty of awful verbal material to go along with it. On SmackDown, The Usos hyped their upcoming match with Luke Harper and Erick Rowan. They tried to get cute, and it ended up being a bit embarrassing. It was one of those moments were as soon as they started their bit you just wanted to politely say €œI see what you're going for here, but please don't do it. Thank you.€ The Uos took the microphone from Byron Saxton and did commentary for what they thought was going to happen in their upcoming match. One of them did an announcer's voice, the other shadow boxed. It was one of those things where you had to grimace a little bit as you could see the effort was there, but it just wasn€™t funny. While this was still far from a John Cena stand-up comedy fiasco, it will make me brace myself a bit next to they€™re handed the mic.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
