Anytime Eva Marie wins a match it is almost guaranteed to receive a worst of the week entry. WWE doesnt trust her to do a single wrestling maneuver outside of a roll-up (perhaps its the roll-up from hell!), which makes the decision to ever put her inside of a ring a questionable one. This week she won against Summer Rae after Summer was distracted for approximately 47 and a half minutes due to Fandango and Layla making out on the stage. Even though wrestlers are professionally trained, none of them are immune to the power of someone elses theme song being played. Its their kryptonite. The biggest question is what exactly is WWE trying to accomplish with this story? Are we supposed to be cheering on Summer in her quest to get Fandango back? Are we supposed to support Fandango for finally finding love? And how exactly were Fandango and Summer Rae ever even a couple? After all, WWE tells us about the problems that Summer has with the rest of the crew on Total Divas quite often. But on Total Divas Fandango and Summer arent dating. They made out for 15 seconds and neither of them liked it. Gross, cooties! So why are we supposed to accept one part of the story as cannon and the other not? The whole story is a giant mess and makes you wish they would all leave to film The Marine 5: The Quickening for a few months or years.
As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at."
Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week.
