WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Oct 26)

2. Ambrose The Dummy

I think Dean Ambrose is a great talent who has tons of potential. But man is WWE making it harder to like him every week. His playing with a dummy Seth Rollins and harassing its testicles was simply awful. It was one of those bits where as soon as he yanked out his prop, you knew it was going to be bad and you just wanted it to stop. I would have respected him more had he pulled out the dummy and said €œYeah, this isn€™t gonna work. Not sure what I was thinking, sorry everyone!€ and then walked to the back. During the segment of Ambrose fondling a dummy in various ways, Cole and Lawler were the only ones laughing. Well, if Ambrose is really unstable, they shouldn€™t be chuckling along. They should be questioning what he€™s doing and being a bit disturbed by it. By essentially giving him their endorsement, they€™re just making him that much less cool. See Fandango and Adam Rose for details. WWE is trying way too hard with Ambrose. First, he€™s shilling Kane€™s movie, then quoting The Joker, then taking tongs to a dummies€™ private parts. Even John Cena probably would have vetoed that segment.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
