Stacy Carter was given this theme the night after winning the Women's Championship at Armageddon 1999 where she shed the name Miss Kitty and rechristened herself The Kat before facing Tori in WWE's first-ever Pudding Match. The theme was adopted years later by Orlando Jordan, minus the bobcat sounds.
