The Undertaker's iconic return in Madison Square Garden at WrestleMania XX marked a new chapter in the legendary superstar's career as, following his loss to Vince McMahon (and literal burial) at the hands of Kane, he dropped his biker gimmick and returned to the dark side, resurrecting his 'Deadman' persona in the process.
In the 14 years prior to this return, 'The Phenom' had undergone a number of transformations and rebirths in a bid to keep his character as fresh as possible. This, however, was a hybrid of them all and, in many ways, proved to be the ultimate version of The Undertaker.
This persona has been so successful that 'Taker has spent over half of his career wrestling under it and, even though he works a limited schedule these days, he still dons this iconic gunslinger-like garb every time he resurfaces.
