Sure, that was too easy, but it's fitting. AJ Lee would light the place up if she grinned her way through giving arch rival Becky Lynch a thorough kicking. The lack of disqualifications in the Rumble (which admittedly doesn't come into play often) means Becky could get revenge with a steel chair, or something like that. Then, she'd argue that AJ battering her knackered body was simply unacceptable.

She had to grab a chair, wallop Lee, then eliminate her even though Lynch had already been eliminated herself. She simply had to. That way, it's a straightforward road to WrestleMania 42 and a Women's Intercontinental Title joust between these bitter enemies. Surely, that's a match Triple H is very keen on.

It's kinda what AJ has been building towards since her overdue comeback last year.
