At WrestleMania I, Cowboy Bob Orton was the manager of Rowdy Roddy Piper and Mr. Wonderful Paul Orndorff. That match featured many wild moments, including a major brawl between all four participants, with Orton inadvertently hitting Orndorff and costing his team the match. Ortons most recent major appearance in WWE was as part of his son Randys major feud with the Undertaker in 2005. Bob would interfere on his sons behalf on several occasions, and even wrestled in a Hell in a Cell match alongside his son at Armageddon 2005. After that, he has made sporadic appearances for WWE for special old school shows. Bob Orton (Jr.) never formally retired, and continues to wrestle to this day, despite having begun his career and 1972. Considering how much money his son Randys making as a top WWE Superstar, Cowboy Bobs most likely still wrestling because he still has such immense passion for the business.
