WWE WrestleMania 30: 10 Best Moments

1. Daniel Bryan Is Made

Finishing what began back in August, Daniel Bryan was solidified as a star. He may not dislodge John Cena as the company's poster boy but he is now on the same level after getting crowned the WWE World Heavyweight Champion at the thirtieth WrestleMania. Especially in the fashion he did it. Dating back to January when the crowd revolted against the seemingly planned WrestleMania main event after Bryan took no part in the Royal Rumble match, fans demanded Bryan headline the event and WWE delivered. Whether their hand was forced or whether it was a cleverly orchestrated plan all along can be debated, but what cannot be is the outcome. As previously mentioned, Bryan fought off not just two opponents in the championship match but also Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, crooked referee Scott Armstrong as well as Batista and Orton teaming together temporarily to take him out. All of this on top of pulling double duty, selling an injury from prior to the show and getting a post-match beatdown earlier in the event. It was truly the ultimate underdog story that WWE had wanted but at the same time it wasn't presented as such because he was too small or too incapable, it was presented as an underdog because of his struggle against having the odds stacked so severely against him. In New Orleans he overcame all of the odds, brought the crowd back into a show they had grown apathy towards after the death of The Streak, and got his moment. Celebrating in and around the ring as ticker tape and pyros went off around the Superdome Bryan announced his arrival at the top of the mountain. The fans got what they wanted, no matter how the journey went, this moment provided what was desired so heavily. Fellow wrestlers and people from the wrestling community were outpouring support and congratulations for Bryan all over social media as no-one seems to have a bad word to say about the self-made success story who worked his way up to the top from the very bottom after plying his craft all around the planet. What were your favourite moments of WrestleMania XXX? What are you hoping to see on tonight's Raw? Anything you wish had happened?
