WWE WrestleMania 30: 10 Most Shocking Things We Witnessed

10. Daniel Bryan's Boots

Somebody in wardrobe and make-up behind the scenes at WWE is trying to make Daniel Byran appear as hairy as possible, while simultaneously accounting for the fact that he has the traditionally sparse (or invisible) body hair of a WWE performer. The answer at WrestleMania 30 was apparently to add fluffy beards to his boots, giving him the appearance of a hugely under-dressed Cossack, or one of those heinous Jersey Shore types thinking they can pull off Ugg boots. Come to mention it, there were some seriously questionable wardrobe choices, from Batista's ill-conceived outfit through Stephanie McMahon's baffling leather hot-pants (not a phrase you'll often hear) to Triple H's eye-catching, egotistical kingly costume, which was entirely fitting for the crowd's expectations of Hunter's personality, and how his Authority-heading persona is supposed to be perceived. And of course there is something very symbolic in the idea of Bryan taking down the king.
