WWE WrestleMania 32: 10 Potential Opponents For Triple H
6. Batista
Batista has made his dissatisfaction with WWE clear on many occasions, but he's also been vocal about what an ideal retirement match would look like to him - one on one, with Triple H, at WrestleMania. Would the lure of such a bout be enough for "The Animal" to put aside his annoyance with the company? Though Batista's last return didn't go as planned (he was supposed to be a babyface, but angry fans forced him to turn heel after they felt he had taken Daniel Bryan's push), a lot has changed since then - Bryan will likely not be back for WrestleMania and Batista has broken out as a star in Hollywood. WWE has likely recognized this, as they're rumored to have already reached out to "The Animal" about a comeback for the event. The one outlying problem with Batista competing at WrestleMania is his movie schedule - Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, in which he plays a major role, is supposed to start shooting in mid-January. Still, WWE felt there was enough of a chance he could compete to try and ask, so maybe recapturing some of that WrestleMania XXI magic is possible.
