7. Brock Lesnar Vs. Goldberg

The rematch is heavily rumored to go down eventually, and with the two booked in the Royal Rumble match, they may have to wait to Mania to go at it again.

Now, it would be a bit of a strange move to have these two part-timers end the night at the show of the year, though, it actually makes a bit of sense. The crowd reception they’d receive would be phenomenal, but it would likely wear out fans much like Shane McMahon and Undertaker did last year. No one is going to want to go on after them, so they may as well book them last.

If Lesnar and Goldberg wrestled a more traditional style match, it would likely be mediocre at best, but again, the crowd would carry this thing. They could close out the night with a feel-good win from Goldberg where he finally vanquishes the villain once and for all, or Lesnar could get his revenge and set the course for the next phase of his career.

The crowd is largely really digging these two right now, so WWE may have a hard time creating a more compelling match than round three between Goldberg and Lesnar.
