WWE WrestleMania 34: 10 Things That Must Happen
The Deadman is dead, WWE...
Before looking at what must happen at WrestleMania 34, perhaps it's important to establish some things that will happen. The show will be long, every match will come armed with a Hollywood-style video package, and Roman Reigns will become the new Universal Champ by knocking a beast from his perch.
If WWE expect fans to react favourably to the latter, they're deluded. The only chance Reigns vs. Lesnar has of becoming a memorable 'Mania main event is by avoiding a straight-ahead singles match; look at Roman's matches with Triple H and Lesnar himself from previous cards for proof that the headliner needs some extra punch.
Despite also booking themselves into a corner in some other areas (The Bar vs. Braun Strowman and partner, John Cena vs. The Undertaker etc), there are nifty ways out of every situation. Though the show is a tricky one for WWE overall, it's important they get things right in New Orleans.
The rest of 2018 depends on it...
