WWE WrestleMania Backlash 2022: 10 Nightmares That Could Come True

1. Brock Lesnar = Diminishing Returns

...Dow-na-now-na-now!

OK, so that was a pretty crap text-based impression of the opening refrain from Brock Lesnar's entrance track, but you get the point. What if WWE decides to bring Brocky boy back for yet another match with Roman Reigns? Locking them inside Hell In A Cell does sound like something Vince McMahon would love.

Enticing or not, their feud is surely done. Roman toppled Lesnar at 'Mania 38 in a blowoff 'Champion vs. Champion' bout, and that should be the end point for their epic rivalry (at least for a solid 12 months or so - give it a rest, Vince!). Another repeat at HIAC isn't out of the question mind.

Brock might roll out at Backlash after the six-man and chase Reigns off like he did at last year's SummerSlam show. That'd buy WWE enough time to properly build Drew McIntyre for the summer, to be fair; provided they haven't wrecked his momentum like the previous entry feared.

Still, no thanks.
