You might read that subheading and think, "Huh?".

After all, WWE has set up Sasha Banks and Naomi vs. Natalya and Shayna Baszler for the 13 May SmackDown. That, dear reader, doesn't mean that plans won't change. Besides, is anyone really here for Shayna in the women's tag division yet again? Probably not.

That's why this entry is here. On Sunday, WWE should shunt the title match onto the Kickoff card and have the reigning Women's Tag-Team Champs retain. Then, during a promo segment later, Shayna can turn on Nattie and finally move on the misery of these going-nowhere tag runs.

SmackDown's writers could then spend a month building Baszler up as unstoppable before slotting her in as Ronda Rousey's first challenger post-Charlotte Flair. That has to be more appealing to everyone reading this than Shayna continuing to flounder in random pairings for the sake of it.

Fans have had their fill of that, and so has Baszler.
