As you can see from the image above this text, WrestleMania XX's Women's Championship contest between Victoria and recently-inducted Hall of Famer Molly Holly is better known for its stipulation. Because Holly failed to lift the title, she had her head shaved bald.
From an in-ring standpoint, the match was fairly bad by all accounts - a surprising fact, considering the match had two of WWE's all-time best female superstars competing. 'The Black Widow' countered a Widow's Peak attempt by Molly into a backslide to remain the Women's Champion.
The aftermath of Holly being shaved was crucial to Holly's career.
Later revealed that the now-Hall of Famer had volunteered herself for the stipulation contest at 'Mania just to ensure she was part of the WrestleMania card, you simply can't judge Holly. You instantly get a new level of respect for Mighty Molly upon learning this news.
Had it been given a bit more time (the match lasted just shy of seven minutes), this would have been a much better encounter. Victoria is unquestionably - and unfortunately - one of wrestling's forgotten gems; the same applies to Molly Holly.
There's no doubt that Victoria will one year receive the same accolade Holly has just recevied.
