WWE WrestleMania: Every Women's Championship Match Ranked From Worst To Best

21. The Fabulous Moolah (c) Vs. Velvet McIntyre - WWF Women's Championship (WrestleMania II)

One and a half minutes. That's all Vince McMahon was willing to give to The Fabulous Moolah and Velvet McIntyre's Women's Championship match at the second WrestleMania.

Literally the only upside to this, in a way, is that it was a squash match in Moolah's favour. There was absolutely no way this should have been a competitive match when it clocked in at just shy of ninety seconds. Moolah bulldozed her way through McIntyre with such ease, despite her being in her early sixties at the time of the contest.

What didn't really help, sadly, is that this was the first match on the cards for the second arc of WrestleMania II. The first arc, taking place at the Nassau Coliseum in New York, had culminated in the highly-anticipated boxing match between Roddy Piper and Mr. T. Starting off the second part of the event, emanating from Illinois' Rosemont Horizon for those asking, with a subpar Women's Championship exchange wasn't the way to go.

Mind you, that third of the show also had a WWF and NFL battle royal and a flag match between Nikolai Volkoff and Corporal Kirchner. There wasn't really a way to keep that momentum flowing over from Piper vs. T.
