WWE WrestleMania Mixtape: Booking The Perfect ’Mania

7. Best Musical Performance

Motorhead, Lemmy
WWE.com

Percentage Of Votes: 38.1%.

Other Choices: Living Colour ('Mania 29 - 22.2%), Limp Bizkit ('Mania XIX - 22.1%), Nita Strauss ('Mania 34 - 17.6%).

Being honest, Lemmy was off his t*ts when he stumbled through a version of Triple H's entrance theme at 'Mania X-Seven. He had to be; the Mötorhead frontman could barely remember the words, and it was hardly a banner performance from the timeless rockers.

That didn't matter to voters.

Lemmy's mumbling version of 'The Game' beat out Living Colour's CM Punk intro, Fred Durst's rap for The Undertaker and Nita Strauss being a solo queen for Shinsuke Nakamura. Was 'Mania X-Seven's winner great live music? Hardly. Is it classic? Absolutely.
