WWE's 10 Smallest World Champions Ever

5. CM Punk: 6'2" 218 Pounds

When it comes to all around greatness as a performer, CM Punk is one of the best ever. That's why he got as far as he did in his career. He was the best performer in WWE for most of the past five years. Whether he was a face or a heel he always made others better. Punk's a two time WWE Champion and a three time World Champion. He has more major title reigns than most guys around his size thanks to his ability to have great matches, memorable promos and a work ethic. Maybe people might hate him now because he quit WWE this past January, but it's hard to ignore the success he had in WWE. The most memorable of Punk's wins took place at Money in the Bank 2011. That was one of WWE's best stories they've told in this era with Punk threatening to quit the company after he won the title. They bought into the storyline, which made Punk a megastar and he was a huge babyface because of it. Punk's next reign at Survivor Series 2011 also was the start of something big as he began a memorable 434 day WWE Title run that went all the way to the 2013 Royal Rumble when he lost to The Rock. It was a unique reign because he started as a face, then turned heel during the reign and was able to bring prestige to a title that needed it. Will Punk ever be back in WWE? We have no idea. Even if he does come back, it's unrealistic to expect WWE to put the WWE Title on him again just because he walked out on them. As they always say in wrestling, never say never.
