WWE's 53 Wrestlers Ranked From Worst To Best

10. Sheamus

Pros:

1. Mammoth build

2. Devastating finisher and signature move-set

3. Has enough credibility to work either upper mid-card or main event matches

Cons:

1. Prior to his return, he didn’t have any storylines and just won for the sake of winning

2. Looks ridiculous

3. They got rid of his ‘lobster head/too many limes’ entrance theme

Sheamus has ‘it’ by WWE standards. He’s tall, muscular, and looks like a star. He also has a devastating arsenal of signature and finishing wrestling maneuvers, which has gotten him to the top of the WWE on several occasions. He has been both WWE and World Heavyweight Champion, has won King of the Ring, and has enjoyed enough regular success to be considered a serious opponent.

Honestly, though, there are few serious problems with Sheamus. Prior to his return, he was one of the most boring wrestlers on the show. Not because he didn’t have skill, but because he didn’t have any storylines. He would come down the aisle, Brogue Kick someone’s head off, make a Guinness joke, and leave. This went on for months, until he had one of the most lopsided win/loss records in WWE, and one felt that his opponents never had a chance.

With this new look (and unfortunately, new music), it looks like Sheamus is going to be working the upper-mid card now, and will hopefully have some interesting matches and feuds going forward.

Final Rating: ****
