WWE's 53 Wrestlers Ranked From Worst To Best

1. Seth Rollins (WWE World Heavyweight Champion)

wwe roster
Don Feria/AP

Pros:

1. Extremely good wrestler with over twelve years’ experience in multiple promotions

2. Has many fantastic matches under his belt

3. Is much younger and in better health than most main-eventers in WWE right now

Cons:

1. Is sometimes booked like a total idiot (see: falling for Randy Orton’s deception)

2. Reliance on Big Show, Kane and J&J Security make him look weak

3. Doesn't have WWE's marketing department behind him as much as John Cena

Seth Rollins has everything WWE needs in a World Champion that’s capable of carrying the company going forward. He’s an excellent heel with his current affiliation with the Authority, and he could play a great babyface once that run ends.

He’s a fantastic wrestler who can work against opponents both bigger and smaller than him. The quality of his matches in general is very high, as demonstrated by his involvement in the Triple Threat Match with Cena and Lesnar at the Royal Rumble in January.

That said, he isn’t positioned to be a major merchandising machine in the way Cena is, and is might not have the appeal with younger audience members the way other wrestlers do. But that's something that will grow on its own soon.

Rollins is much younger than WWE’s average main-eventer, and has demonstrated that he has all the tools needed to carry the company. That is why he ranks at the top of this list.

Final Rating: *****
