That€™s right, you read the headline correctly. This is just the beginning for the Roman Reigns block party, and it€™s going on until question marks. This is likely going to anger the majority of you, but don€™t shoot the messengerI€™m only delivering the sad truth. They went ahead with the failing Roman Reigns experiment, and now it€™s our collective burden as wrestling fans to endure a babyface champion who was stale right out of the gate. Strap in, because it€™s going to be a long, boring ride.

On the RAW after WrestleMania 32, creative decided to book a Number One Contender€™s match between Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Chris Jericho, and AJ Styles, including a surprise entrant in Cesaro after Sami Zayn was written out of the match. This was funny because all five guys are more popular than Reigns himself. AJ Styles will be the first fed to the Roman Empire and the WWE machine that backs it. I suspect that Cesaro will be the next shortly thereafter. One by one, these potential top talents from the Indy scene could be cannon fodder to build Roman as a champion that continually breaks the heart of the IWC.

By Survivor Series, Roman very well may have moved on to do different things and cleared up the title picture (hopefully not for the likes of John Cena, as the IWC may melt with rage if that happens). One thing I€™d love to see above all elseand the ultimate way to get the crowd back on the side of Roman Reigns in generalwould be a reuniting of the Shield to take on the likes of the Wyatt Family and/or the potential Balor Club. As good as some of the members have been solo, nothing has quite won the crowd over the same way as their glorious run as the three-man unit that ran roughshod over the WWE.
